Recipients of widows’ and orphans’ pensions do not need to apply separately to benefit from the bonuses. Payments will be made through the banks where monthly pensions are received. Widows’ and orphans’ pensions are paid at share ratios of 25%, 50%, and 75. So, by how much has the holiday bonus for widows’ and orphans’ pensions been increased? Here is the amount of the holiday bonus for widows’ and orphans’ pensions…In 2025, the holiday bonus amounts have been redefined. AK Party Group Chairman Güler announced that the new bonus is 4,000 lira. Beneficiaries of widows’ and orphans’ pensions will benefit from the holiday bonus payments based on their share ratios. If the deceased insured individual has no children, 75% of the holiday bonus will be paid to the spouse. In case there are children, a payment of 50% will be received. Recipients of death pensions will benefit from 25% of the bonus. Those receiving widows’ and orphans’ pensions at a 75% share ratio will receive 3,000 lira. Those receiving widows’ pensions at a 50% share ratio will receive a bonus of 2,000 lira this year. For those receiving death pensions with a 25% share ratio payment, a bonus of 1,000 lira will be paid. Retirement pensions, elderly pensions, duty disability pensions, disability pensions, death pensions, continuous incapacity income, and death income recipients from the Social Security Institution (SGK), as well as relatives of martyrs, veterans, combat veterans, security guards, champion athletes, and civilians affected by terrorism, along with their beneficiaries, receive holiday bonuses.
