Stock market investors took a breath this week after a long break. The rise exceeded 8% on a weekly basis as the BIST100 index tested above 10,500 points. The index reached levels not seen since August. Excluding the last day of the week, the volume was also high. The daily volume in the BIST100 index reached 170 billion Turkish lira. On a normal day, the volume ranges between 100-120 billion lira.
