Family support payments have been provided to families in need by the Ministry of Family and Social Services since 2022. The question of whether the family support payments that were last deposited in January have ended or not is on the agenda of citizens benefiting from the Family Support Program. So, has the 2025 family support payment ended, will payments be made in March? The end of family support payments is being questioned by families in need. A total of 106.8 billion liras has been paid to the families included in the program so far. Following the announcement from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, it has become clear whether the program has ended. So, has the family support payment ended, will payments be made in March?

HAS FAMILY SUPPORT PAYMENT ENDED?
The family support payment was extended until the end of 2024 last year, and families benefiting from the aid had received their last payments in January. After the payments made in January, the family support program came to an end. Those benefitting from the program will not receive payments in March 2025.

MINISTRY ANNOUNCED
According to the announcement from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance:
“The program, being temporary in nature, ended automatically without the need for ministerial signature. The Turkey Family Support Program, conducted by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, was a temporary program initiated in June 2022 and naturally ended within the envisaged timeframe.”
