Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) has put up for auction 552 plots with various characteristics in 44 provinces including Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. Buyers can acquire the plots with a 25% down payment and 48 months installments, or a 40% down payment and 36 months installments. A 15% discount will be applied to cash purchases. Scheduled auctions will take place on April 16 and April 17 through two separate sessions at Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center and TOKI Istanbul service building. Interested parties can submit bids through the “www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr” website. The plots for sale include locations for special healthcare facilities in Cukurova, residential areas in Etimesgut, small industries in Yenimahalle, tourism trades in Antalya, tourist-preferred residential areas in Didim, residential and commercial areas in Basaksehir, and industrial and storage zones in Aliaga. Buyers interested in residential, commercial, tourism, agriculture, livestock, healthcare, educational, industrial, unplanned plots, social-cultural facility areas, and gas station zones can acquire plots with a 25% down payment and 48 months installments, or a 40% down payment and 36 months installments. Additionally, a 15% discount will be offered for cash purchases of the plots.
