It was reported that 970 more people have died within 48 hours as a result of Israel’s intensified bombardment in the region. The death toll in Gaza on Monday afternoon was announced as 48,577, which rose to 49,547 on Wednesday afternoon. Israel unilaterally broke the ceasefire agreement on the night between Monday and Tuesday and carried out the deadliest attack in recent months.
