Reports indicate that 2 people were killed in a rocket attack on Israel’s north. The Israeli army stated that sirens went off due to rockets launched at the Galilee and Haifa regions in the north of the country, with around 25 rockets fired, some of which were intercepted by air defense systems. The Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom announced that 2 people died in the north of the country due to the rocket attacks. In a morning rocket attack on the settlement of Metula near the Lebanon border, 5 people were killed and 1 person was injured. Israeli media reported that 4 of the people who died in Metula were foreign agricultural workers.
